Greetings! Plans are well under way for another school year at MCHS. This year we will be offering an easy, quick way to register your child. We are excited to offer a new online format for registration. Please review the enclosed online registration information on how to register your student. You MUST have your Parent PowerSchool Account set up prior to registration. If you do not have online access to PowerSchool from home, we will have technical assistance available during our regular registration days, July 27 from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. or July 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The building will be opening during registration for student to check out classroom and locker locations. PowerSchool also offers access to your SNAP Health Parent Portal. Please see the enclosed information form on how to view and update your student’s medical information.
Textbook rental payments will be accepted in the High School office starting July 24th. Information about an online payment option will be emailed out at a later date.
We encourage anyone that feels they may qualify for free or reduced assistance for textbooks and/or lunch to fill out an application form each year. This form will be available at Registration or at the Corporation office. Please see the enclosed Cafeteria Notes information sheet.
If you have guardianship or court papers regarding your child, please remember to bring them with you to Registration.

For the 2017-2018 school year, Monroe Central School Corporation is offering online registration. You will be able to access this service after July 1st. In order to gain access, you will need to log in through your Powerschool account. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one first. Just remember, you will still need to come to registration on either July 27th or July 28th to pick up/pay for items such as: school fees, chromebook insurance (optional for grades 3-6) your child’s yearbook, Schoolkidz kit, and to find out who your child’s teacher is.
