  1. Sign on to your Powerschool account through the Parent Portal.
  2. If you do not know your student’s ID number click on Alert Solutions 2 on the left hand side under Navigation. Click on the Contact Preferences tab. Your student’s ID number will be listed on this page. Please make a note of this number as you will need it later.
  3. Click on Balance under Navigation on the left hand side.
  4. Click on eFunds for Schools
  5. Click on Register Here.
  6. Provide requested information.
  7. Click Sign Up! After you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  8. You will be brought to the Student Management web page.
  9. Enter the Student Number along with your student’s last name. Click Add.
  10. Once all students have been added, click Continue or Continue to Account Overview.



Please note, payment on the fee portion should be paid first. If you qualify for free/reduced lunches or if you are filling out paperwork, you will only need to pay the fee portion. Optional chromebook warranty insurance for grades 3-12 is available for $10.

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Under Payment Options, click Make a Payment.
  3. Enter your Checking Account OR Credit Debit Card information.
  4. Click Save
  5. Return to Payment

  2. Under Payment Options, click View Payment History
  3. Your past 30-day history will be displayed
  4. Click the drop down menu on the right to view payments
